Dear Group Leader:

At SunWatch Indian Village/Archaeological Park, we know that one of the most exciting parts of a field trip for students is to purchase souvenirs as mementos of their visit. We also know that your time may be limited and supervision of large groups can be challenging. So we would like to offer you an alternative to individual shopping. Our Pre-Shop Form* includes several affordable items that have proven popular with students in the past.

We recommend that this form be used in one of two ways:

1. Print the Pre-Shop Form* and provide copies of the form for each student to review and fill out with their parents. Collect each student’s form and money prior to leaving for SunWatch and give them to the Store Manager upon your arrival. Each student’s order will be individually bagged, labeled, and ready to pick up after your tour.
2. You may go over the Pre-Shop Form* with your students as a group and on one sheet tally the number of each item ordered, collect the appropriate amount of money, and turn in a class order at the time you arrive for your tour. The selected items will be bagged and ready for you to pick up at departure time.

We welcome individual shopping by your students. Please keep in mind, however, that your direct supervision is requested. For the comfort of all visitors a maximum of ten students will be allowed to shop at any time.
